Agreement to terms
By accessing or using NextStage and its services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using NextStage on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Use of services
NextStage provides software for expense management, budgeting, payments, invoicing, accounting sync, and related financial workflows. You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with system operations, distributing malicious software, or using the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement. Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. NextStage processes customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applies industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Intellectual property
All software, trademarks, documentation, designs, and other intellectual property related to NextStage remain the exclusive property of NextStage Technologies, Inc. These Terms do not grant ownership rights to users.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NextStage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.
Service availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. NextStage reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
